Processing Times

Most orders are processed within [3–7 business days] after payment is received.
Custom or bulk orders may require additional time depending on design approval and production volume. If your order includes customized or engraved items, processing will begin after you approve your final proof or artwork.

We will notify you by email or text once your order has shipped.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed off for shipment.

If you choose local pickup, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm at:

Custom Orders & Proof Approvals

For customized items, we provide design proofs prior to production when applicable. Once approved by the customer, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Production and shipping times begin only after proof approval.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Deadman N’Graving is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist in filing a claim or replacement if eligible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
